Job DescriptionJob Title: International Sales RepresentativeThe exclusive distributor of Hyundai Power Products for the UK and Ireland and JCB Power Equipment worldwide, Genpower is on a mission to become the number one supplier of high quality power equipment. From their various UK facilities, Genpower distributes through online channels such as Amazon, Ebay and ManoMano to name a few!Since their humble beginnings in 2006, Genpower have over 120 employees and over 350 current product lines. Working in 5 locations across the UK, 2024-2025 will be Genpowers biggest year with a target to exceed £50m turnover by 2024!Genpower are now searching for dynamic, results-driven graduates to join their team in this exciting period of growth. Excellent progression, learning and development potentialRegular socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment– you will continually be offered fantastic support, with a great team culture Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes – you will be recognised and rewarded for your successFantastic offices in prime locations across WalesOpportunity to travel internationally Role:Obtain a thorough knowledge of Genpower, their services and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clientsAnticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunitiesManage sales proposals whilst following a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate international markets Prospect and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations and demonstrations and negotiate contracts and agreements to close new businessArrange client meetings and support with presentation product Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners and provide exceptional customer service and supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and operations, to support international sales initiatives and drive business growth Support with customer followup, including proposals, sales leads and chasing contracts and purchase ordersManage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently Requirements:Educated to degree levelIdeally, you’ll have a proven track record with some B2B sales experienceComfortable working in a target-driven environmentPossess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basisHighly organised, with ability to prioritise time and workload Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeedAbility to travel internationally if and when requiredPareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
