The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive accountant with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and consolidations across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have worked at a global company or startup where they helped establish financial processes or have experience handling accounts across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and tax compliance for at least two of the following countries: US, UK, Italy, France (UAE experience is a plus).

• Manage monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Lead annual financial consolidation across multiple entities/countries.

• Handle tax filings and liaise with external advisors to ensure compliance.

• Implement and optimize modern accounting tools and processes to improve efficiency.

• Work closely with internal teams and external local accountants to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.

• Solve accounting and financial challenges proactively in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA(SA), or equivalent preferred).

• Experience in accounting, tax filing, financial reporting, and annual consolidation in at least two of the specified countries.

• Strong knowledge of modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).

• Background in a global company, startup, or multi-country accounting environment

• Ability to set up and optimize finance functions in a scaling business.

• A problem-solver with a go-getter attitude—someone who takes ownership and drives solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
