International Tax Manager

International Tax Manager | London or Milton Keynes | £70,000-£90,000

Are you a detail-driven tax professional ready to take on a truly global role? We’re working with a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation in the collectibles and merchandise space, seeking a qualified International Tax Manager to take ownership of their UK and international tax responsibilities.
  
This is a full-time opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to be part of a high-performing finance team, liaising with tax professionals across the UK, EU, US, and Australia. You'll be instrumental in managing VAT and corporate tax compliance, tax accounting, and providing commercial insight from a tax perspective.
  
What We’re Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified/part-qualified or similar, with 3+ years of tax experience
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple international obligations
• Confident communicator – comfortable collaborating across global teams
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ideally some exposure to:
• UK/EU VAT law and compliance
• UK corporate tax compliance and capital allowances
• Transfer pricing and tax accounting principles

  
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the preparation and submission of UK VAT returns and managing international VAT obligations
• Supporting UK corporate tax compliance, including working with external advisors
• Preparing tax forecasts and supporting year-end statutory disclosures
• Advising on commercial decisions to ensure tax efficiency
• Collaborating on transfer pricing and employment tax matters
• Contributing to control and compliance processes (SAO, CCO, SOX)
