International Tax Manager

The position offers a varied and technically interesting workload, supporting a broad portfolio of UK and international clients including internationally mobile individuals, non UK domiciled clients, entrepreneurial businesses, owner managed groups, overseas investors, trusts, and high net worth individuals with cross border interests.

As an International Tax Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and act as a key point of contact, providing both advisory and compliance services. You will work closely with the Partners on a range of international tax matters including:

• Residence and domicile advice
  
• Cross border structuring
  
• Double tax treaty matters
  
• Overseas property and investment structures
  
• International succession and estate planning
  
• Remittance basis planning
  
• Corporate international tax matters
  
• Tax efficient structuring for entrepreneurial and internationally expanding businesses
  

You will also play an important role within the management team, providing technical support to junior staff and Partners, leading client meetings, overseeing workflow, reviewing work, mentoring junior team members, and assisting with specialist advisory projects. There will also be opportunities to become involved in networking and business development activities, should this appeal to you.

• CTA / ACA / ACCA / ATT Qualified
  
• Significant experience within international tax
  
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
  
• Strong advisory and compliance experience
  
• Experience dealing with internationally mobile individuals, non UK domiciled clients, or international corporate structures
  
• Excellent communication and client management skills
