Interventation Assistant

Intervention Assistant | Chesterfield (S41) | £95-£105 per day | Long Term Role | Starting September 2025

About the Role:

Long Term Futures is seeking a calm, caring and proactive Intervention Assistant to help support student progress and emotional well-being. You will assist with interventions across key stages, ensuring pupils receive tailored support both one-to-one and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted intervention programmes under teacher guidance
• Monitor progress, record data and adapt support plans
• Support pupils in lessons and unstructured times as needed
• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCo to identify needs

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in a role supporting students with additional needs
• Good understanding of intervention techniques and strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Level 3 qualification in Education or relevant equivalent desirable
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence
