Reeson Education are currently working with a welcoming primary school in Acton who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Intervention Teacher on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Primary Teacher to make a real difference to pupils' progress, working across the school with a particular focus on Key Stage 2.

The Role

Position: Intervention Teacher

Location: Acton

Hours: Full-time

Year Groups: Across the primary school, with a main focus on KS2

Contract: Long-term opportunity

Start Date: ASAP / To be discussed

The successful candidate will deliver targeted interventions to pupils who require additional support, helping to close gaps in learning and accelerate progress.

You will work with pupils on both a 1:1 and small-group basis, adapting your approach to meet individual needs and ensuring that children are given the support they need to succeed.

We are looking for a teacher who:

Is passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential

Has experience delivering targeted interventions

Is confident working across different year groups and abilities

Has strong subject knowledge, particularly across KS2

Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Is adaptable, proactive and committed to improving pupil outcomes
