Inventory Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Inventory & Quality Control Manager to lead stock operations and quality assurance across multiple sites in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused business.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with operations teams and suppliers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory across multiple locations, including consumables and textiles
• Implement and maintain stock control systems and processes
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations (including customer-facing)
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and quality control of incoming goods
• Handle local procurement for consumables and office supplies
• Maintain accurate records and generate stock reports
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory and QC processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in inventory or stock control
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and Excel
• Experience with stock audits and reconciliations
• Basic procurement knowledge
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Physically capable of handling stock and warehouse tasks

Desirable:

• Experience in textiles, warehousing, or sustainability-focused industries
• Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory tracking tech
• Understanding of supply chain operations and H&S regulations
