Are you a naturally curious, detail-obsessed, tech-savvy problem-solver who loves getting to the bottom of things? Pertemps is looking for an Inventory Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves, dig into the data, and track down missing stock like a logistics detective.

In this role, you'll work with be managing and motivating a team of 6 investigating warehouse systems, reports, and physical inventory to uncover discrepancies and make sure stock numbers make sense. If you enjoy patterns, processes, and solving puzzles - and you're confident navigating SAP or similar warehouse management systems - this could be your perfect match!

Your duties will include:

" Investigating stock variances and missing inventory across multiple systems
" Identifying process gaps and spotting where stock goes missing
" Working closely with warehouse teams to match data with real-world movements
" Reconciling reports from WMS and client-side systems
" Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the "go to" for solutions
" Using your tech skills to drill into data, run reports, and spot inconsistencies
" Helping implement smarter processes to reduce future errors

" Experience in people management is a must!
" Someone with sharp attention to detail and relentless curiosity
" Experience in stock control, reconciliation, or warehousing is a huge plus
" Tech-minded - confident with Excel, WMS platforms, or similar systems
" A proactive thinker - you don't wait to be told what to fix
" Great communicator who can work with both operations and data teams
