Investment Administrator – Remote – Competitive Salary

Investment Administrator Responsibilities:

• Support the Investment Operations Manager to ensure a high quality, accurate and timely service is provided
• Administer new OEICs
• Helping with platform updates to the MPS range. This will centre upon updating and checking templates for quarterly and/or ad hoc rebalances and conducting checks once dealing has completed
• Promote professional behaviour by demonstrating courtesy and respect to all colleagues

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent knowledge of fund administration activities including previous experience of unitised fund dealing and understanding of the trade life cycle and investment management processes
• Experience interacting with Authorised Corporate Directors for funds
• Experience in updating portfolio templates on platforms and making checks for accuracy both before and after execution
• Desirable: Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
