We’re recruiting this role to strengthen the support and oversight of our legacy private markets investment portfolios within the Alternatives team as our organisation continues to grow.

The role – what you’ll be doing

As a Investment Analyst within our Alternatives Legacy team your role is hugely important and will include:

• Supporting the management and monitoring of legacy investment portfolios in line with internal procedures
• Providing data analysis to support oversight of performance, attribution, exposure and risk metrics
• Considering ESG, climate and Responsible Investment factors in investment analysis
• Participating in investment team meetings and wider collaboration across the organisation
• Engaging with advisers, consultants and research providers when required
• Identifying and escalating risks within your area of responsibility

About you - and the value you’ll bring to our team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to distil complex information clearly and concisely
• High levels of integrity and trustworthiness
• Good IT skills and confidence working with data
• A genuine interest in investment markets, long‑term investing and sustainability

It would also be helpful if you have:

• Experience in investment research or due diligence
• Familiarity with investment management software
• Experience collaborating on or presenting investment ideas

Qualifications:

You’ll be educated to degree level and hold, be working towards, or be willing to work towards a suitable investment qualification.
