Job Description - Investment Analyst - Property Investor

Opportunity to join a leading UK property investment platform as an Investment Analyst based in London with significant capital to deploy

Broad investment exposure across corporate, portfolio, direct asset, and joint venture transactions
Build, review and interpret complex financial models to assess returns, risks, and value drivers
Prepare concise investment summaries and Investment Committee material
Conduct market, sector and asset-level research to support investment decisions
Support transaction execution and liaise with advisors, counterparties, and legal team
Work closely with senior executives and develop strong internal networks
Role suited to candidates with 1–2 years’ financial modelling experience
Background in investment banking, Big 4 corporate finance, private equity or investment funds preferred
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills required
