Investment Associate

• Apply critical thinking and judgment in analysing and evaluating investment opportunities
  
• Prepare industry and competitive landscape research
  
• Construct detailed operating, financial, and transaction models, including an ability to develop and run several operating, financing and transaction scenarios
  
• Ability to communicate clearly in written communication including the drafting of investment evaluation materials and sector/theme analyses
  
• Support negotiating of debt facilities, purchase agreements, employment agreements, and incentive compensation for management teams
  
• Act proactively in all matters arising in the ordinary course of investment management, acting quickly to identify, address, and correct issues
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking or other principal investing role
  
• Demonstrated prior investment experience in which the professional successfully managed relevant stages of an investment
  
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
  
• High degree of attention to detail with strong presentation and written communication capabilities
  
• Top academic credentials
