Investment Associate

An exciting opportunity to join a real estate investment firm backed by a recently raised discretionary fund and led by founders from top global financial institutions. The team is expanding and looking for a German-speaking Associate to join their London office.

The Role You’ll play a key role in the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and analysing deals to executing transactions and supporting portfolio management. Expect exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to take ownership from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and managing the deal pipeline.
• Financial modelling and preparing investment business plans.
• Coordinating due diligence and transaction execution.
• Supporting financing, fundraising, and portfolio management.
• Working across the capital structure and sectors including logistics, residential, retail, and office.
• Focus on Germany and the UK, with additional opportunities across France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Business.
• 3–6 years’ experience in real estate investments or acquisitions.
• Experience in the German and/or UK markets preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills essential.
• Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Hybrid flexibility offered – primarily office-based in London.
