Investment Associate - Private Equity

We have partnered with an international Private Equity fund that recently launched a value-add private equity fund and is now growing its investment team at the Associate level.

The Role:

• Researching and analysing financial statements, industry information, technical and financial data and presenting conclusions to investment team members
• Developing and critically reviewing, stress testing and commenting on financial models
• Synthesising key findings from research, financial analysis and meetings with industry, co-investors and external advisors into investment memoranda and presentations and participating in presenting these findings to investment committees
• Researching prospective industries to develop industry theses and assisting in generating investment ideas

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or a similar field
• Experience in or knowledge of the infrastructure sectors is considered a plus
• An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in business, engineering or other quantitative fields
• Proven strong analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills with attention to detail
• European languages are beneficial (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese)
