Investment Associate, UK Mid Market Private Equity Fund

A leading UK mid cap market private equity fund is now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team.

The fund has been established a number of years and has made a series of very successful investments in businesses across a range of sectors.

They are a generalist investor looking for well managed and already successful businesses.

The role:

1. Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
2. Origination of new deals in businesses
3. Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
4. Working on deal execution - deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
5. Portfolio Management work

They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:

1. Investment professionals from other private equity funds
2. Associates from investment banks and elite boutiques
3. Strategy consultants from firms like McKinsey and Bain
4. Great UK deal experience
5. The role is probably suited to someone with 4-6 years work experience with a strong UK investing deal background
