Investment Banking Analyst 2 - Tech M&A

Responsibilities

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the technology sector
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO where relevant)
• Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and board materials
• Conduct company and market analysis across subsectors including software, digital infrastructure, fintech, and internet-enabled businesses
• Support senior bankers with transaction execution, due diligence, and client communication
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, accounting, and commercial advisors

• Currently an Investment Banking Analyst 2 at a top-tier or well-regarded investment bank, boutique, or advisory firm
• Strong M&A execution experience, ideally within Technology, TMT, or growth sectors
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong academic background from a leading university
• Highly motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
