Job Description:
Our client’s Real Estate Investment Banking team is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join as an Investment Banking Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in real estate finance, capital markets, and advisory services. The Analyst will be an integral part of the team, working on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets and companies.
Assist in the preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations.
Perform industry research and analysis to support transaction execution and business development efforts.
Build and maintain financial models to support transaction structuring and valuation.
Collaborate with senior team members to manage deal processes and client interactions.
Participate in due diligence activities and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or related areas.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated interest in the real estate sector and capital markets.
