Investment Banking Associate, Technology M&A, Investment Bank

We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great technology M&A team. They advise companies across the broad range of software and technology companies.

They are looking to recruit an Associate.

The role will focus on:

1. Active member of a very busy deal team
2. Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs
3. Financial modelling and analysts; deal structuring and valuations
4. Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

1. Associates in mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm
2. Experience of working in technology M&A deals
3. Excellent deal sheet
