Investment Broker - Stocks & Shares

As a Investment Broker, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our firm with investors, entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders at fast-growing companies. Your primary goal is to introduce our pre IPO to private clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads, focusing on companies interested in capital markets, IPOs, and investment strategies

• Build strong rapport with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Founders)

• Understand and articulate our service offerings confidently and clearly

• Identify client needs and align them with tailored IPO solutions

• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline effectively

• Work closely with corporate advisors and marketing teams to optimise lead conversion

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ telesales experience, ideally in financial services, investments, or capital markets

• Proven success in B2B telesales with high-value services or complex solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Knowledge of the IPO process, investment trends, or financial consultancy is a strong plus

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
