What You'll Do

• Lead financial analysis, due diligence, and investment committee papers for new logistics investment opportunities.
• Monitor and report on fund and asset performance, identifying opportunities for recapitalisation or strategic disposal.
• Interact regularly with investors, lenders, and senior stakeholders—playing a visible and influential role across the business.
• Partner with the CFO and Head of Investment Management on structuring new debt and equity capital solutions.
• Deliver high-quality investor reporting and strategic insights for managed investment vehicles.
• Help shape the development of new fund strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• A commercially sharp, detail-oriented investment professional with significant experience in UK commercial real estate, ideally logistics.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external capital partners.
