Investment Managers Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Investment Manager's Assistant to support a busy team of Investment Managers working with discretionary and advisory clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience within financial services who is looking to develop their career in wealth management. You'll provide vital support across client administration, portfolio management activities, onboarding, and client servicing while working closely with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investment Management team.


• Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, AML and KYC processes.


• Maintain accurate client records and prepare client documentation and reports.


• Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants, and internal departments.


• Monitor new investments and support cash and payment administration.


• Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and investment review documentation.


• Support corporate actions, probate valuations, and other ad hoc projects.


• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

About You:

• Experience in a similar Investment Manager's Assistant, Wealth Management, or Financial Services administration role.


• CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) preferred.


• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Confident verbal and written communication skills.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.


• A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
