Investment Marketing Communications Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive Marketing Communications Assistant to join a leading investment management firm.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in asset management marketing who’s passionate about delivering clear, engaging, and compliant investment communications across multiple channels.

About the role

As a key member of the communications team, you will support the planning, creation, and distribution of investment content for a variety of audiences — including professional investors, institutions, and retail clients. You will help position the firm as a trusted voice in responsible investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and repurposing of investment content across multiple channels - videos, webinars, emails, social media, reports
• Help deliver a structured content calendar in line with business goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders - fund managers, compliance, marketing colleagues and external agencies
• Manage content approvals to ensure FCA compliance
• Support marketing follow-ups for events for strategic partner events
• Track engagement metrics and provide insights for future improvements

What We're Looking For

• Degree-educated or equivalent
• Experience in marketing communications within asset management or financial services
• Good understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Knowledge of FCA marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing and social media tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hybrid working environment, must be happy to be in the office 3 days a week
