Investment Operations Associate

Investment Business | Multi-Asset Exposure | London

We are working with an exciting investment business who are looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join their growing operations function. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy and genuine involvement across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding the firm's custodian and broker relationships and work closely with the investment team.
• Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies
• Manage client reporting and enhance reporting metrics
• Support operational setup of new fund structures and client accounts
• Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to building out scalable operational systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a middle office or operations role
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes (especially bonds) and a good grasp of market mechanics.
• Strong Excel skills and be able to confidently reconcile portfolio data.
• Experience supporting investment teams and producing client reports is advantageous.
• Independent problem-solving skills
