Investment Operations Manager - Enfusion Experience needed

An excellent fundamental equities hedge fund is hiring in their Investment Operations team. The role is mid-senior level focusing on fund operations and trade support. This hire is crucial so ideally immediately available or short notice periods will be prioritised.

The Role includes:

1. Oversight of equity trade matching, settlements
2. Review of monthly NAV reporting, and calculations for investment funds and segregated accounts
3. Regular cash management duties
4. Ensuring accurate fund records through reconciliations and data management
5. Working on, and timely completion of corporate actions and proxy voting
6. Liaise with outsourced fund administrators and service providers
7. Staying up to date with regulations and changes in the industry
8. Assisting with ad-hoc projects, across all areas including marketing, client service, compliance, investments and trading.
9. A large part of this role will focus on process improvement, bringing in new systems and creating efficiencies.

The Candidate:

1. Solid background in Investment Operations, Back/Middle Office processes is key.
2. Experience of using Enfusion
3. CMT experience is preferable
4. General hedge fund knowledge and experience is required
5. Ability to work with datasets, with experience in Factset, and performing visualisations (Tableau) preferred
6. Knowledge of programming language (Python and/or R) preferred, coding skills would be nice to have
7. Prepared to work on a variety of tasks in an agile and efficient team
