About our client

We are working with a discretionary and advisory wealth management company with offices in London and mainland Europe. They invest across the full spectrum of traditional and alternative asset classes, including real estate, equities, fixed income, hedge funds, commodities, private equity, and credit. Their clients are a mix of family offices, high net worth individuals, endowments, and trusts.

They are looking to add an investment professional to their team in London.

This role will be focused on cashflow modelling for their portfolio of offices in London, assisting with writing investment committee memo and helping to assess new potential investments in the UK commercial real estate sector. What the job involves

• Cashflow modelling in Excel
• Writing investment memos
• Liaising with fund administrators, lenders and managing agents for fund reporting
• Assisting with the analysis of new potential investments in UK real estate, including offices and retail

Who we are looking for

• Prior experience of working in UK real estate
• Strong Excel cashflow modelling skills
• Good report-writing skills
