A leading UK organisation is looking for a hands-on Investment Project Lead to support the execution of high-value capital programmes. This is a delivery focused role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led and commercially driven environment. You'll be instrumental in driving performance across major capital projects, ensuring regulatory commitments are met and investment decisions are backed by robust data and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic investment programmes aligned to business goals and regulatory expectations
• Own the detail: manipulate and interpret complex data to guide decisions on where and why to invest, using Excel/Power BI
• Support with tracking, reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate across delivery, operations, finance and IT to manage risks and stay on plan
• Apply a commercial lens to investment, ensuring optimal use of TOTEX with measurable outcomes
• Prepare reports for investors, executive teams and regulatory stakeholders using tools such as PowerBI and Excel
• Lead on delivery reporting, drive efficiencies and champion continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• Experience in construction, infrastructure or utilities sectors is essential
• Demonstrable track record of personal impact across programmes, this role requires someone who gets things done and can clearly show how they've made a difference
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerBI and data manipulation
• Strong finance & commercial mindset: you know how to weigh cost vs. benefit and make investment cases stack up
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks is beneficial
• Confident communicator with the ability to produce high-impact reports and recommendations
