Description

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from design to completion
• Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress
• Preparing and presenting project updates and reports
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant regulations and standards
• Promoting health and safety across all projects

Profile

A successful Investment Project Lead Surveyor should have:

• An accredited degree in surveying or construction
• Strong knowledge of construction project management
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
