Oyster is delighted to have partnered, on an exclusive basis, with an established Investor & Developer, in their search for an experienced Investment professional to join their Investment team to grow assets under management throughout the UK.

A sector-agnostic Investor, my client have significant capital to invest and are looking for an experienced Real Estate Investment professional who can originate

investment/development

opportunities throughout the whole of the UK, as they continue their acquisition spree.

This will involve communicating on a regular basis with a network of agents, carrying out deal specific due diligence, interrogating market evidence, having a firm understanding of commercial rents and investment yields, creating appraisals, reviewing value add asset management strategies, and presenting this information along with your recommendations to the directors.

Requirements:

Ideally RICS qualified
3 years + Commercial Real Estate experienced.
Acquisitions/Investment

exposure.
Efficient communicator.
Strong deal track record.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
