Investor Relations Associate - London

Our client is a global multi-asset GP, focusing on the Private Markets space. They have had huge success over the past few years and are now looking to build out their IR team, at the Associate level.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and distributing regular investor updates, including quarterly reports, annual reviews, and ad-hoc communications.
Support fundraising efforts by preparing marketing materials, pitch books, and due diligence documentation.
Conduct detailed analysis of fund performance, investment metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, addressing their queries and providing timely information.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an IR role at a Private Markets GP, or in an IR/Sales/PM function at a Placement Agent. Candidates must have some exposure to Private Equity.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
