Investor Services Analyst (Wealth), Private Markets, London

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for client onboarding and post-sale services across the firm's suite of open ended evergreen (semi-liquid) funds
• Manage fund onboarding operations across distributor platforms in EMEA and Asia
• Support Fund Administrator investor onboarding through coordination with Transfer Agency and compliance teams, handling operational and client service duties for the fund platform
• Maintain active relationships between distributor/private banks' middle office teams, third-party service providers, internal business units, and Fund Administrator teams
• Develop and maintain expertise in private bank and investor dealing operational platforms and processes
• Design and implement systems and processes to enhance investor service delivery
• Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures covering investor maintenance and reporting across various investor and distributor relationships
• Innovate solutions to enhance investor and distributor experience while minimising risk and optimising processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, providing comprehensive analysis and solutions to Head of the Investor Services team
• Support strategic initiatives including new fund launches and process optimisation projects

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Understanding of private wealth clients and distribution channels
• Experience in investor servicing, reporting, onboarding, and operations
• Knowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Luxembourg UCI Part II
• Strong relationship management capabilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with close attention to detail
• Collaborative approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
