Invoice Acquisition Specialist

As an Invoice Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless collection, management, and communication of invoice data. This position involves obtaining invoices data in optimal formats from various sources, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate billing information. The specialist collaborates with multiple stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and supports the overall efficiency of the data acquisition process. You will use reports from many sources to identify issues and missing data and then set up the receipt of that data in the most optimal way possible.

• Attention to detail: Ensure all data is accurately collected and recorded
• Communication: Strong ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolves data discrepancies
• Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintains accurate records
• Excel and reporting skills: Proficient use of power BI and Excel to make and use reports to identify the data needed

💷 Salary: £24242 per annum
