▸ Full-time, up to 5.5 days per week (weekend work ADHOC basis)

Ceto Talent are recruiting for an Invoicing Controller to join the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture & Decommissioning Project, one of the UK's largest low carbon infrastructure projects.

Working within the project team, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the invoicing process, ensuring supplier invoices are accurately collected, reviewed and back charged to the client where required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 6 months to 2 years' experience looking to develop their career on a major EPC project with a global engineering contractor.

Responsibilities

▸ Collect and review all incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.
▸ Identify and categorise invoices that need to be back charged to the client.
▸ Prepare supporting documentation for client back charges.
▸ Maintain accurate invoice records and documentation.
▸ Produce regular reports on invoice status and back charges.
▸ Work closely with Finance, Procurement and Project teams to ensure efficient invoice processing.
▸ Support accurate financial reporting throughout the project.

Requirements

▸ 6 months to 2 years' experience within invoicing, finance administration or accounts support.
▸ HNC, AAT, Economics, Business or similar qualification preferred.
▸ Experience reviewing invoices and collecting financial data.
▸ Basic SAP knowledge.
▸ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
▸ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
▸ Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
