Invoicing Solutions Analyst

We are exclusively recruiting for our client, a leading Marketing and Communications company with a Global reach. Working with Private and Public Sector clients, they are a pivotal provider in key services and an employer of choice with a great supportive working culture.

Due to an internal promotion our client is seeking a meticulous Invoicing Solutions Analyst to join their dynamic commercial team at their Cheadle Heath office. The role is hybrid with a 1 day a week visit to the office and a 3 day a week visit at the end of each month.

In this key role, you will ensure that the data integrity required for precise client invoicing is maintained, providing essential information to our multinational business.

What you will be doing:

As an Invoicing Solutions Analyst, you will play an integral role within their team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring data integrity is maintained across all business processes.

- Understanding and meeting business requirements to deliver invoices within agreed timescales.

- Utilising reports to process data through multiple systems methodically.

- Resolving issues and escalating complex cases to your line manager when necessary.

- Collaborating with internal departments to achieve invoicing production aligned with agreed SLAs.

- Proficiency in MS Excel to handle complex data analysis tasks.
