If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership:\n\n * Design and implement IoT Communications plan to deliver on Vodafone IoT\u2019s business priorities and culture\n * Own the development of messaging for key initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency and timelines\n * Own and deliver IoT-wide communications and curate the IoT communications data hub\n * Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify communication needs and shape appropriate solutions.\n * Support the IoT Leadership Team to deliver against Comms Plan and to self-curate their own content on digital channels\n * Manage content creation for Landing page, newsletters, town halls and other internal platforms\n * Act as a trusted advisor to management regarding internal communications strategy and employee engagement\n * Deliver excellent project management to ensure IoT Operational excellence across strategy pillars\n * Deliver the IoT Global Leaders Event (held in Lisbon for the last 2 years)\n * Drive Our House Initiative to shape our IoT Culture to outpace the market \n * Support IoT CEO in key presentations to ExCo and Customers\n * Execute IoT monthly webinar/events with IoT Leadership Team to help ensure the delivery of our IoT strategy\n * Support on Adhoc strategic and confidential projects with the IoT Business Manager\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\nMust-have technical / professional qualifications:\n\n * Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within a technology or TelCo environment\n * Understanding of IoT, Customer Use Cases and it\u2019s business impact is highly desirable\n * Experience managing multi-channel communication campaigns or complex global, fast paced projects\n * Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content\n * Track record of driving employee engagement and supporting change management initiatives\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form \u2013 confident in communication with senior stakeholders (ILT \u0026 VF Business/Group)\n * Brilliant stakeholder management and complex problem-solving skills\n * Ability to produce eye catching, simple and clear presentations and present across multiple levels in the organisation including to ExCo and Board Members\n * Comfortable in corporate / multinational B2B business including networking, influencing and persuading internal and external teams and stakeholders\n * Experience of presenting and engaging with all levels of the Organisation\n * Strong English negotiation skills\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
