Our teams are made up of curious minds, problem-solvers, and forward-thinkers across the world who thrive in a collaborative, high-performing, inclusive environment. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nRole purpose: \n\n \nTo act as a senior process and productivity authority within the 6-month Vodafone IoT Productivity programme, leading deep dive reviews of functional productivity plans, priority end-to-end, cross functional processes to identify and deliver measurable productivity improvements. \nThe role will simplify how work gets done across Vodafone IoT by creating a clear framework for process improvement and removing barriers to execution, reducing handoffs, leveraging automation and AI, and embedding repeatable productivity disciplines that can be scaled beyond the pilot.\n\nThis role will bring a strong process and simplicity perspective to the team, facilitating the integration of digital tools and modern workflows, driving simplification efforts, and be tenacious in delivering operational efficiency and driving increased productivity. \n\n \nKey accountabilities and decision ownership : \n\n\u2022 Lead end-to-end process diagnostics across 2\u20133 priority, cross functional IoT value streams (e.g. customer onboarding, order-to-cash, incident resolution, commercial deal flow). \n\u2022 Apply structured productivity and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping) to identify bottlenecks, duplication, rework and nonvalue adding activity. \n\u2022 Quantify productivity opportunities using agreed IoT productivity measures (e.g. time saved, cost-to-serve reduction, handoff reduction, automation potential). \n\u2022 Design and implement practical, test and learn improvements in partnership with business owners (process simplification, RACI and role clarity, automation, AI enablement). \n\u2022 Act as a subject matter expert on process excellence, coaching leaders and teams on productivity thinking and continuous improvement. \n\u2022 Partner closely with Technology, Finance, HR, Sales and Operations to ensure solutions are scalable, measurable and sustainable. \n\u2022 Track benefits realisation and provide clear, executive ready updates to the IoT Leadership Team. \n\u2022 Produce repeatable playbooks, standards and artefacts to enable wider rollout beyond the 6-month programme\n\n## Who you are\n\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience:\n\n\u2022 Proven experience leading cross functional process improvement in complex, matrixed organisations. \n\u2022 Strong background in process improvement, productivity, operational excellence or transformation roles (technology, telecoms, digital or similar environments preferred). \n\u2022 Demonstrable experience translating analysis into real business outcomes and executing on plans, not just recommendations. \n\u2022 Clear experience in delivering process mapping, statistical analysis and in supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation \n\u2022 Highly collaborative; able to influence without authority across senior stakeholders. \n\u2022 Pragmatic, delivery focused and comfortable working at pace in a pilot environment. \n\u2022 Role model of Vodafone behaviours: customer obsessed, innovation hungry, speed, simplicity and trust.\n\nMust have technical / professional qualifications: \n\n\u2022 Expert knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / process excellence tools and techniques. \n\u2022 Strong analytical capability \u2013 able to build clear productivity cases using data and insight. \n\u2022 Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve productivity and simplify work. \n\u2022 Executive level communication skills; able to distil complex process issues into clear, actionable narratives.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
