Job Description - IP Solicitor, Leeds

Specialist IP company in Leeds have an opening for an IP solicitor. You will be well versed in all manner of IP agreements and transaction whether it be contentious or non contentious or a mix of both.
This team advise clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, including trade mark, copyright, and patent matters.
You will support clients' IP rights and interests and represent clients in IP litigation and disputes when necessary. You may also assist with clients to develop IP protection strategies.
Open to all levels of pqe but those who are 2-8 may be of more interest. Interesting option from a traditional law firm.
