Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer with a valid IPAF licence to join a busy demolition and construction project in Leeds city centre (LS1). This is a short-term contract lasting approximately 2 weeks, offering competitive rates and immediate starts for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting demolition and construction trades on site.
Operating powered access equipment in line with IPAF certification.
General site labouring duties.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Assisting with site strip-out and demolition works.
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
Removing waste and debris from site.
Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
Supporting site management and other trades as required.
Requirements

Valid IPAF Licence (essential).
Previous labouring experience within construction or demolition environments.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Full PPE required, including hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection.
