IQA Assessor

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IQA to lead, develop assessors and drive quality across a range of apprenticeship programmes.
Salary banding: £31,000 - £35,000
Location: Cardiff, (Head-Office 3 days per week)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm
The Role
*
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Assessors.
*
Manage IQA sampling, verification and continuous improvement.
*
Ensure compliance with Awarding Organisation requirements, apprenticeship frameworks and Estyn standards.
*
Improve assessor performance, learner achievement and success rates.
*
Promote high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
What We’re Looking For
*
Assessor and IQA qualifications.
*
Strong occupational knowledge and apprenticeship delivery experience within Health and Social Care
*
Excellent understanding of IQA processes, Awarding Organisation requirements and Estyn.
*
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
*
A proactive leader passionate about quality and developing others.
