IRSE Team Leader / COSS – Cable Watcher Night Shift Plymouth

ACE Infrastructure Solutions is currently recruiting 2 experienced IRSE Team Leaders/COSS for a night shift in Plymouth on behalf of our client.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will undertake Cable Watcher duties while leading the work team and ensuring all activities are carried out safely in accordance with Network Rail standards and site procedures.

Essential Requirements

* Valid PTS

* IRSE Team Leader competency

* COSS competency

* SPWEE

* Manual Handling

* Emergency First Aid

* Small Tools

* Ability to work safely within a rail environment and follow all site safety procedures.

Shift Details

* Date: 29 August 2026

* Time: 22:30 – 09:00 (10-hour shift)

* Location: Plymouth

* Reporting Postcode: PL4 6AB

Induction

A Teams induction will be required prior to the shift (date and time to be confirmed).
