ISP Technical Support - ADSL / WLR / VOIP

Vispa, one of the UK's longest established Internet Service Providers and currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical support advisor at its offices in South Manchester.

You will be required to provide support to customers & partners relating to Broadband, Phone Line and VoIP services.

You must have an excellent telephone manor, good personality and have prior experience in this type of position within the Telecomms/ISP industry.

A basic understanding of broadband networks and how to diagnose faults relating to broadband will be a major advantage to any applicant.
