Managed Services Provider (MSP)

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £40,000 Basic Salary + £15,000 OTE

Chapman Tate Associates is delighted to be partnering with one of our longest-standing and most trusted Managed Services Provider clients as they look to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing existing customer accounts, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Importantly, this is not a new business role. You'll inherit an established customer base and focus on account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers.

* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client accounts.

* Identify opportunities to increase spend and introduce additional solutions and services.

* Conduct regular customer reviews and account planning activities.

* Work closely with internal technical and service delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer experience.

* Drive account retention and customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate account and pipeline information within the CRM system.

About You

* Previous experience within an Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Executive role.

* Experience working within an MSP, VAR, IT reseller, or technology-focused environment is highly desirable.

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

* Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

* Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering value.
