IT Account Manager - Preston - Up to £60,000

As IT Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers
• Hold regular account reviews and identify upgrade opportunities
• Upsell, cross-sell, and win new business
• Lead projects from presales through to delivery
• Collaborate with service teams to meet client needs
• Maintain a strong 3-month pipeline and manage it through CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

• Solid technical background, ideally in telecoms and cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, VOIP, Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Previous technical account management experience
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Autotask, or Kaseya
• Full UK driving licence
