IT Analyst

Are you passionate about technology and looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment? An independent Insurance Underwriter is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join their London based team. As the IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the firms technological capabilities and supporting various aspects of business operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and manage key IT functions.

The IT Analyst role is a hybrid position which will require working from the Central London based office a minimum of 2 days a week (ideally 3-4 days a week). Given the broad nature of the IT Analyst position, the salary on offer is between £45,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.

The IT Analyst role would suit someone who is passionate about IT, but isn’t necessarily a specialist. Applications are welcome from a variety of backgrounds such as 1st Line Support Analysts, Change Analysts or IT Management (however no management/leadership is involved).

from an IT perspective

Business Support:
Develop strong relationships with Managing Agency IT departments
Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams
Provide open communication and support to all staff members

Personal Specification:
Technical skills including general IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Package, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical thinker with proven experience in a similar role/s
Understanding of insurance industry is beneficial
