Description

• Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies to support business objectives.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and support.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff across all departments.
• Monitor and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Identify and address potential risks to IT systems and data security.
• Build, Lead and mentor an internal IT team to achieve departmental goals.

Profile

A successful IT and Business Systems Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure in a Manufacturing and production environment, with a global footprint.
• Cloud first strategy, SAP B1 and Power platforms.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and implementing new technologies.
• Knowledge of data security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
