Key responsibilities include:

• Being the primary liaison with IT and telephony providers, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
• Managing seamless onboarding/offboarding processes and ensuring robust asset and license management.
• Leading telephony platform administration and delivering insightful reporting to support business improvement.
• Overseeing supplier relationships and procurement, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
• Assisting with nationwide premises management, coordinating essential safety assessments, lease negotiations, and site facilities.

You bring:

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-site SMEs or dynamic group environments.
• Expertise in managing outsourced IT/telecom providers and familiarity with VoIP systems.
