Are you ready to take full ownership of IT and SAP Business One in a growing, international business with a refreshingly down-to-earth approach?

A dynamic and long-established business is looking for someone to step into a pivotal group-level role - leading their IT function while driving smarter, better use of SAP B1 across multiple group companies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the SAP Business One system across the group

• Evaluate the wider IT landscape - WMS, CRM, intranet, website, and suggest better solutions

• Drive integration and performance across systems and teams

• Liaise with third-party support partners

• Be an internal consultant and problem-solver, not just a system admin

The Ideal Candidate:

• Solid experience with SAP Business One (must-have)

• Exposure to Boyum products

• Confident navigating both IT and finance environments

• Comfortable working with WMS/manufacturing systems

• Energetic, ideas-driven, and self-motivated

• Not afraid to challenge, question, and propose change

Location & Salary:

• Initially office-based in Worcestershire to embed yourself in the business

• Open to hybrid working once established

• Up to £50,000 depending on experience plus benefits
