IT & Systems Manager

Our client, a growing asset advisory firm in Central London, is hiring their first internal IT and Systems Manager to take ownership of technology across the business, and reduce reliance on external providers

A hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to own day-to-day IT operations and support the rollout of a new ERP system (Oracle preferred)

????????'?? ???????? ??????'???? ???? ?????????????????????? ??????:

Providing on-site support and systems management across a 16-person firm with plans to grow to 40 in the next few years.

Acting as the in-house IT lead - personable, responsive, and business-facing

Managing third-party vendors and bringing more capability in-house

Supporting ERP implementation and integration

Ensuring a smooth, secure, and scalable tech environment

????????-??????????:

Experience across IT operations, support, and systems administration

ERP implementation exposure - ideally Oracle

Background in a corporate or internal IT function

Confidently engaging with non-technical stakeholders

Able to work independently and on-site
