We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a team of experts in Bradford as an IT Support Apprentice. As an apprentice, you'll embark on an exciting journey, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support while enjoying a range of benefits, including a competitive salary ranging from £12,480 to £16,770 per annum, with the opportunity to earn bonuses up to £100 per month after passing the 3-month probation. Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship,

A Typical Day in the Job:
Provide 1st line support to customers who seek IT assistance, addressing queries and technical issues promptly and professionally.
Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets, ensuring seamless access to company systems and resources.
Perform upgrades and maintenance tasks on components and hardware for PCs, laptops, and printers, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Work with SAS (Software as a Service) and networks to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Monitor and configure servers and networks, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.
Utilize communication tools such as Teams, remote access software, ticketing systems, phone, email, or in-person interactions to provide support and maintain effective communication with users and team members.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

37.5 Hours Per week
£12,480 - £16,770 Per annum
Bonus Scheme (After 3 months probation pass) capped at £100 Per month

Knowledge of hardware and software is beneficial

GCSE Grade 5 in English and 4 in Maths
