We are looking for a self-motivated IT Assistant to help support and manage the 1st line support within the IT department based at Rudies Kitchen.

• Setup new users through Onboarding processes


• Close down accounts for leavers and movers


• Deal with inbound queries for the likes of password resets or account lockouts


• Triarge escalations to the 2nd and 3rd line support as needed

🔎 A bit about you

• No experience needed in a similar role, but would be highly desirable


• A strong level of PC Literacy, and the ability to learn new tasks quickly


• An interest in constantly learning new tools and developing your skills


• Strong communication skills


• An 'Open and Honest' attitude with a high say to do ratio


• A Proactive, driven, 'can do’ attitude!
