Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 at home

Up to £70k + discretionary bonus

cer Financial are working with a Global Financial Services provider based in London. Paying up to £70k + discretionary bonus.

They are growing and are now looking for an experience Business Process IT Analyst - someone who has experience in taking the business’s requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

The responsibilities of the IT Business Process Analyst will include:

  • You will have experience in analysing and documenting insurance business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
  • This will involve creating process maps and flowcharts to identify business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
  • You will have experience in analysing and documenting insurance business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret business processes and performance metrics data.
  • Use data visualization tools to present findings, support decision-making, and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.

The successful IT Business Process Analyst will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling.
  • Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both English and Mandarin, at stakeholders level.
  • Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred.
